EXECUTIVE BOARD
Marko Nobles
Born in Harlem, Marko Nobles is a seasoned professional in radio, public relations, marketing, event production, and entertainment. A self-described “Child of HARLEM WEEK,” he has been involved in the festival for over 40 years — from summer youth worker to chairman of the board. He also owns and operates RhythmAndSoulRadio.com, an independent music platform for nearly 20 years.
L. Adé Williams
First Vice Chairperson
L. Adé Williams is the son of Lloyd A. Williams, co-founder of HARLEM WEEK, who directed the festival for over 50 years. As Senior Program Director, Adé carries that legacy forward with deep roots in community programming — including more than 10 years directing programs at the Apollo Theater and co-hosting The Harlem Connection Radio Show.
Tamiko Evans
Second Vice Chairperson
Tamiko Evans first joined HARLEM WEEK as an intern at 14. Returning to the board in 2020, she brings over two decades of senior marketing and communications leadership across WPP, Omnicom, and the 4A’s. She currently serves as Managing Director of Marketing & Communications at REFORM Alliance and is the founder of Brandation Nation.
Kristian Greene
Treasurer
Kristian Greene returns to HARLEM WEEK where his professional journey began as an Exhibitor Coordinator. With over 30 years in banking, financial sales, and treasury management, he currently serves as Director of Treasury Operations for one of the world’s largest privately-funded nonprofit organizations.
Dr. Michael Flanigan
Dr. Michael Flanigan serves as Director of Corporate & Foundation Engagement at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC/CUNY). His background spans JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce, and academic leadership at Medgar Evers College.
Winston Majette
Executive Director
Winston Majette serves as Executive Director of HARLEM WEEK, Inc., supporting strategic operations and helping bring the 2026 vision to life.
